Return Process

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 24 hours to determine if a refund or replacement is applicable.

For food safety reasons, most items do not need to be shipped back; we will advise if a return of non-perishable goods is required.
- 4.Refund Issued
Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method or a fresh replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
